Duties
The purpose of this position is to serve as the installation Prevention and Response Director and first-level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over supervisory and nonsupervisory employees assigned to the Integrated Resilience Office located at Patrick Space Force Base. Leads the development, implementation and evaluation of all prevention and response efforts. Leads efforts to build and sustain community capacity for implementing comprehensive plans that address resilience and interpersonal and self-directed violence across a continuum of care focused on prevention, intervention, and response.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S Citizen.
- Work may occasionally require travel away from normal duty station on military or commercial aircraft.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP-SECRET/SCI security clearance.
- This position is eligible for situational telework (2-4 days per pay period).
- PCS and incentives are not authorized.

Degree: behavioral or social science; or related disciplines appropriate to the position.
OR
Combination of education and experience that provided the applicant with knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field.
OR
Four years of appropriate experience that demonstrated that the applicant has acquired knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field.
