You will serve as a Administrative Assistant (OA) in the Marine and Family Services of MARINE CORPS AIR STATION MIRAMAR.
Duties
You will maintain subject matter files and record that related to the work of the unit.
You will ensure that files include all required documents and that all documents are properly signed.
You will receive incoming correspondence, screening material prior to distribution for suspense dates stabling controls, and following up for your supervisor.
You will complete arrangements for classroom and conference room assignments.
You will greet and interact daily with clients who are seeking Behavioral Health services.
You will schedule appointments for counselors and interact with Commands.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-4 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties to include maintaining records, appointment logs, responds to routine and non-technical requests for information, and using office automation software.

Successfully completed four years of education above high school
OR
