About the Position: United States Army Accessions Command, 3rd Brigade, United States Army Recruiting Battalion-Minneapolis, Operations Division, Fort Snelling, Minnesota.
Duties
Prepare and process all incoming and outgoing official mail.
Assist in the military decision making process and course of action development planning when required.
Review all personnel actions, assist in fixing errors, forward to appropriate headquarters and track completion of all personnel actions.
Out-process soldiers preparing for separation/PCS/retirement.
Process a variety of military personnel orders.
Requisition and maintain office supplies.
In-process soldiers to the battalion.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- The incumbent of the position must be able to type 40 WPM.

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes reviewing applicant's documents, assembling applicant enlistment record packets, and maintaining records. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-04).

Education: Education: Four years of education above the high school level obtained in an accredited college or university.
OR
Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide your semester hours of education beyond two years (total semester hours minus 60) by 60. Add the two percentages.
