This position is located in the Management Directorate (MD), Budget and Fiscal Section (BFS) of the Executive Office (EXO) within the Antitrust Division (ATR). EXO is a very dynamic and fast paced office, delivering the professional management services that power ATR's people and mission. Within EXO, BFS is responsible for developing the Division's budget submissions, processing all fiscal documents, including travel reimbursements, and handling international technical assistance programs.
Qualifications
Applicants must meet all qualifications and eligibility requirements by the closing date of this announcement, including specialized experience and/or education, as defined below. To qualify for this position, applicants must demonstrate ALL qualifications listed below:
To qualify at the GS-11 level, applicants must have one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09.
Specialized experience is experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position as described above, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. This experience must be identified in your resume.
EXAMPLES of qualifying specialized experience include:
Analyzing and evaluating travel charge card financial policies on international and domestic travel entitlements on allowable and unallowable expenses;
Assisting travelers or preparers on policies associated with domestic travel, foreign travel, premium, and actual expense allowances;
Assisting with reconciling account balances;
Utilizing travel and financial systems such as the E2 Web-based travel management system; and
Reviewing, analyzing, and verifying travel claims.
OR
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree; or LL.M., if related;
OR
a combination of education and experience.
To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must have one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11.

EXAMPLES of qualifying specialized experience include:
Analyzing and evaluating travel charge card financial policies on international and domestic travel entitlements on allowable and unallowable expenses;
Preparing travel authorizations and expense reports;
Monitoring the utilization of travel charge cards for official travel expenses;
Interpreting and explaining travel regulations and procedures;
Utilizing travel and financial systems such as the E2 Solutions Web-base Travel, and Authorization Voucher System; and
Providing guidance to travelers and managers on how to comply with organizational policy requirements and recommending policy changes.
