Career-Seasonal appointments are permanent positions and include the same benefits as Career appointments, but do not provide work on a year-round basis. You will work from approximately the end of April to the beginning of November, and you will be in a non-pay status for the remainder of the year (approximately November 5 to April 21).

Duties

Performs simple and routine maintenance and repair of grounds, exterior structures, buildings, equipment, and related utilities. Operates a light truck to pick up and transport materials. Performs janitorial duties on Park public use and administrative facilities. Provides routine maintenance on park facilities including, minor carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work. Assists higher grade maintenance employees in the performance of maintenance tasks. Safely and effectively uses hand power tools required for the job and has the ability to maintain these tools properly.
