Schedules and participates in periodic inspections of child care facilities including the participation in site visits.
Participates in the development and modification of automated systems and applications used in managing child care programs and information.
Participates in utilizing and maintaining NIH websites and various forms of social media to administer, promote, and distribute information regarding NIH child and family care programs.
Reviews feedback received from contractors and employees and other sources of information addressing the quality of services provided.
Recommends appropriate changes in existing policies, methods, procedures, and practices designed to enhance the quality, effectiveness, and responsiveness of the child and family services provided.

You qualify at the GS-12 level, if you meet the following qualification requirements:
You must demonstrate in your resume at least one year of qualifying experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: developing recommendations for changes in policies, methods, procedures, and practices to improve the quality, effectiveness, and responsiveness of child care services; developing a budget for providing child care services; monitoring child care facilities for compliance with operating requirements and standards; monitoring contractor performance to ensure adherence to contractual agreements and user agreements; reviewing information from customers and recipients of programs and services to identify and address quality issues; providing advice on the administration of child care centers and services.
