Serves as a Management & Program Analyst in AJW-2E16D in one of the following duty locations Burlington, MA, Nashua, NH, College Park, GA, or New York, NY.
Duties
Incumbent performs multiple and varying assignments and serves as the focal for the
Management and Program Analyst Funds Certification Officers (FCOs) in the performance of Funds
Certification and Reconciliation. Applies experience and advanced knowledge to plan and accomplish.
assignments. Incumbent tracks and analyzes data to ensure compliance with policies and procedures; provides.
guidance to less-experienced professionals in day-to-day operations; identifies, analyzes, and recommends
solutions for complex/difficult problems; and recommends improvements to systems and processes.
Requirements
- US Citizenship is required.
- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
- Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents)
Qualifications
To qualify for this position at the FV-H band level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-G, FG/GS-10/11 grade level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized experience includes: Experience with and knowledge of Funds Certification and Reconciliation policies and procedures across all FAA financial systems.Experience and knowledge of accounting, budget and financial management principles and practices.
Education
Education cannot be substituted for experience at the FV-H level.
