About the Position: The mission of the Corpus Christi Army Depot is to overhaul, repair, modify, retrofit, test and modernize helicopters, engines and components for all services and foreign military customers. Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) is the Army's Center of Industrial and Technical Excellence for Rotary Wing Aviation Maintenance. We provide worldwide on-site maintenance services, aircraft crash analysis, lubricating oil analysis, and chemical, metallurgical and training support.

Duties

Use practical knowledge of a wide range of tool room supply procedures. Forecast and research the most cost-effective procurement processes to meet future needs based upon current requirements, projected levels of operation via specialized ordering process. Develop technical packages for the purchase of tooling and equipment used in the repair/overhaul of engines, transmission, rotor heads and related components, and the manufacturing and reprocessing of aircraft components. Manage automated inventory control, accountability, and requisition processes. Ensure that all supply and tool room SOP?s, regulations and desk procedures are correct, up-to-date and documented.

OR Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or Business Administration. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages.
