About the Position: This position is located in the Alaska Market, Market Leadership Cell.
Duties
Perform a wide range of administrative and analytical duties such as Implements, monitors, and maintains all required administrative programs.
Perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks such as: correspondence preparation, data entry, evaluations of new procedural instructions, statistical analysis, and filing.
Establish relationships with Medical and Dental Treatment Facilities, Tri-Care partners, joint venture DoD-Veterans Affairs hospitals, and other healthcare partners to continuously review and update plans, actions, and tasks.
Expertly use an automated task tasking system to meticulously track all projects, actions, and tasks to conclusion.
Coordinate daily with DHA HQ, Market HQ leaders, the Markets MTF/DTFs and other partner organizations to maintain awareness, provide status updates or coordinate deadline extensions on projects, actions, and tasks.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes providing administrative and personnel support to a Medical and/or Dental Treatment Facility by performing duties such as performing one or more of the following: assist in the implementation of recommendations for program or policies, analyze management objectives and organizational goals to determine current or projected personnel needs, manager logistics or facilities for property accountability, evaluate and report taskers or projects in the Task Management Tool (TMT) or similar software and manage or execute an organization's annual budget plan.
