This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Duties

You will maintain folders for all procurement work instructions, and the rules of the Government Commercial Procurement Card. You will reconcile the monthly Government Commercial Procurement Card statement. You will file and provide data maintenance to include but not limited to; working the unmatched oblgations report, working the adverse status report, and working the fall outs resulting from purchases. You will monitor, and provide updates to management in regards to open purchase card requirements. You will gather data and generate procurement reports as requested. You will submit the appropriate transactions based procurement requirements for the production plant. You will process and submit Reports of Property Received for partial and final shipments received.

Requirements

• Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
• Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing supply support work (e.g. maintaining, monitoring and reconciling contracts/purchase order agreements); preparing, submitting action reports, and maintaining the Shelf Life Program.
