Duties
You will be responsible for the acquisition, control and disposition of all ammunition, plant equipment and custodial property.
You will certify equipment for completeness and overall condition prior to acceptance; has the authority to reject equipment based on practical/technical knowledge of tools and equipment.
You will ensure material funding is available for budgeted equipment which is required for the continually changing workload.
You will identify errors and ensure corrective action is taken to assure integrity, management control, and proper inventory accounting.
You will ensure physical inventories are conducted in accordance with established procedures and inventory gains/losses are documents and reported.
You will research computerized systems to verify and/or correct management data on procurement memorandums.
You will research and submit requirements with required information on all non-systems items obtained through local procurement.
You will perform frequent inspections of widespread work areas for housekeeping or possible safety violations and taking positive corrective action.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Data entry for purchasing, managing inventory levels, usages, procurement lead times, sources of supply, methods of procurement to initial procurement actions for special maintenance projects. Maintain all material and assets received via shipping and receiving app. Analyze the shipping and receiving program for audit readiness, maintain all Key Supporting Documentation for all material and assets received or shipped by MDMC.
