The Purchase Card Program Analyst position serves as the alternate Agency Program Coordinator (APC) for the Federal Highway Administration’s (FHWA) nationwide Purchase Card Program and is responsible to analyze, administer, review, and evaluate to the overall program to increase its effectiveness and management. This position supports the Office of Acquisition Policy and Oversight within the Office of Acquisition and Grants Management under the FHWA’s Office of the Chief Financial Officer.

Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience for the grade at which you are requesting consideration. For the GS-12: You must have at least one year of experience, equal or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level, which included:
Experience analyzing and interpreting law/regulations, conducting qualitative and quantitative research, and/or reviewing documents in response to internal and external audits (e.g., financial or program audits.); AND
Experience developing and maintaining data bases (e.g., SharePoint) to monitor processes and track completion of actions; AND
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
Technical Skills - Uses knowledge that is acquired through formal training or extensive on-the-job experience to perform one's job; works with, understands, and evaluates technical information related to the job; advises others on technical issues.
