You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist in the Employee Development and Management Branch of NAVAL RESEARCH LABORATORY.

Duties
You will ensure the training programs are designed to meet the current and future needs and goals of Naval Research Laboratory.
You will consult with all levels of the organization to assist in determining immediate and long term training needs and developmental programs.
You will plan, develop, and coordinate special training programs.
You will be responsible for forecasting and documenting the training budget for review and approval.
You will troubleshoot errors in total workforce management system and utilize the system to pull reports, etc.
You will schedule presentation rooms and presenters, prepare presentation rooms, review and update presentation slides for current and accurate information.
You will manage tasks in multiple programs running concurrently.
You will independently conduct presentation.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience, one of which is equivalent to the next lower pay band (NO-01) or GS equivalent (GS-4) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties; 1. Analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; 2. Plan and organize work; and 3. Communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Education
In lieu of generalized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
- Bachelor's degree or four years leading to a Bachelor's degree
