These positions are located within the Division of Resolutions and Receiverships at Dallas, TX, and Washington, DC and serves as a subject matter (SME) and technical expert in the area of contract oversight related to the resolution of financial institutions.

Duties
TECHNICAL REVIEW: Supports the contracting needs related to the resolution of financial institutions and serves as the technical liaison between the contractor, Contracting Officer and the program area. Reviews and verifies contractor invoices for accuracy and payment.
Qualifications
Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious/spiritual; community; student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. To qualify, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the 13 grade level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience in monitoring contracts for efficiency, value, and continuing need; oversight management of high dollar value contracts; preparation of contract solicitation packages, drafting statements of work; preparation of cost estimates, approving invoices and accepting deliverables; evaluates contract proposals/ applications; monitor contractor performance; ensuring contract ceiling amounts are not exceeded and invoices are accurate and reasonable for the work being performed; and identify needed acquisition/procurement services to support the Program Office mission.
