You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Surface Warfare Division of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Duties
You will serve as the New Construction Surface Combatant Integration Lead for the Surface Warfare Division.
You will be responsible for the coordination among and between branches on all aspects of New Construction Surface Combatant Integration, across portfolio programs within the Surface Warfare Division.
You will identify solutions to any impediments to effective and efficient programming and execution of the Division?s programs.
You will review the development of program planning documentation, to include technical, budget, schedule, management and personnel planning.
You will develop program plans including milestone documentation and other plans and reports. Lead IPTs, special advisory boards, off sites, and working groups to resolve issues.
You will manage and execute processes for continuous assessment, analysis, and improvement or development of new construction surface combatants.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing the following duties: 1.) Demonstrating knowledge and experience with the design, construction, sustainment, or operation of the U.S. Navy's surface ships and systems, as well as knowledge regarding US Navy ship capabilities; 2.) Writing, editing, and proofreading high quality internal and external communications products that communicate program objectives to key high-level officials and project officers; 3.) Formulating and executing policies, plans, and program requirements related to requirements development, construction, or upgrading of US Navy ships or shipboard systems; 4.) Developing program planning documentation, including technical, budget, schedule, and management products.
