This is not a (drug) testing designated position (TDP).
This position is located in the Small Business Administration, Office of International Trade in Washington, D.C. The incumbent provides guidance and direction over the evaluation, implementation, and operation of existing management information and automated systems for OIT and advises on system improvements.
Duties
Responsible for managing the Office of International Trade's data research activities and reports, preparing conclusions and recommendations related to the findings.
Perform data-related studies and projects, include the production of reports, presentations, and/or briefing materials.
Responsible for supporting the Office of International Trade's enterprise information and reporting systems, providing training on capabilities.
Serve as the lead Salesforce system administrator and lead the construction of dashboards for department leadership.
Supports Office acquisition and purchase management, including the creation of budget reports.
Manage Office projects, coordinating reports and milestones with internal and external partners.
Assist with the review and creation of studies, providing clear findings in report and presentation formats.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- You must be a U.S. Citizen.
- You must successfully complete a background investigation.
- You may be required to serve a one-year probationary period.
Qualifications
GS-13: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector that includes the following specialized experiences:
Utilizes Microsoft Excel skills to analyze data and prepare reports; and
Utilizes data visualization skills using software such as PowerBI; and
Managed the design and development of databases and/or critical program information; and
Managed the data research activities, including use data mining concepts, principals, methods, and practices; and
Formulated, drafted, and reviewed official correspondence for executive level leadership. These qualifications must be clearly referenced in your resume.
