About the Position: This position is located at Evans Army Community Hospital, Logistics Division, on Fort Carson, CO. The incumbent will perform Administrative Support duties, assisting with planning, coordinating, and performing a variety of management and administrative support services for the organization.
Duties
Plans, coordinates and performs a variety of management and administrative support services for the division.
Develops internal administrative processes and procedures for division.
Review and maintain a variety of mission related documents, reports and other statistical data.
Administers the Government Vehicle Fleet Program.
Maintains the Logistics Chief's calendar with appointments and scheduling, phone calls and other tasks assigned.
Maintains close working relationships with the Resource Management office, Human Resources and other departments within and outside the Hospital.
Serves as the principal office administrator on all office information systems, and office equipment.
Types correspondence, reports, presentations and staff briefs, using office automation skills.

Specialized Experience is described as; providing Administrative Support assistance in performing office duties using computer automation in a hospital setting performing program support; transportation (Fleet Management), planning, budgets, assessments, vehicle inspections, data processing; Clerical office duties tracking personnel, equipment, property, performing logistical and general office management for a Logistics Division in a Hospital environment. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07).
This position requires a self typing certification of 40 WPM in resume.
