About the Position: This position is located with the Director, Military Review Board (ADRB), Analyst Team, Arlington, VA.
Duties
Serve as a Management Specialist and Assistant Security Manager in the Human Resources Division, Army Review Boards Agency (ARBA).
Assist the Agency?s Administrative Officer in providing full-service civilian and military personnel and payroll support.
Coordinate and execute all civilian hiring actions, provides all administrative andlogistical support to hiring panels, and conducts in- and out-processing.
Responsible for Agency timekeeping and monitoring of time keeping records using the Automated Time and Attendance Production System (ATAAPS) and Defense Civilian Pay System (DCPS).
In the absence of the Agency?s Security Specialist (Antiterrorism/Force Protection) officer, maintains and updates Occupant Emergency Plan (OEP).
Coordinate, advise, collect, interpret and provide antiterrorism guidance and support for ARBA?s population to include Department of the Army civilians, military personnel, contract employees, and visitors to the Agency.
Assist in developing internal evacuation policy and building security, anti-terrorism and general emergency plans for the Agency.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS -11 level in the Federal service which includes identifying, researching, and analyzing organizational procedures to accomplish civilian and military personnel actions; recommending solutions or improvements to processes; responsible for personnel payroll, and time and attendance; providing assistance to other staff in areas such as maintaining and updating personnel security folders; reviewing and submitting security forms for processing. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
