Duties
You will plan, organize, and direct the activities of the Tomahawk Land to Air Missile (TLAM) and Hypersonic Weapons (HSW) Mission Distribution Division.
You will distribute all HSW missions, TLAM missions, Advanced TLAM missions, Command and Control (C2) data, geospatial visualization products and other Tomahawk Enterprise Database (TED) products to Naval Component Commanders? (NCC) Command C2 nodes.
You will coordinate with the organization?s TLAM/HSW Mission Planning Division and other divisions worldwide to establish Airspace Control Measures (ACMs) to facilitate the safe, efficient and tactical flight corridors through coalition airspace.
You will provide technical expertise to support Program Management Activity (PMA) weapon system development efforts.
You will provide mission distribution systems (MDS) and communications expertise during periodic Operational Planning Evaluation Group (OPEG) inspections by the Mission Planning Evaluation Team (MPET) .
You will provide TLAM and HSW weapon system mission distribution expertise to Combatant Commanders to support the development, maintenance, and evaluation of war plans and contingency operations.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final Top Secret/ SCI security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Incumbent may be required to access to certain specified Special Access Programs supporting joint operations as necessary.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Passport.
- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.

- Irregular tours of duty, and/or extended duty may be required.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Utilizing knowledge pertaining to Tomahawk Land to Air Missile (TLAM) and Hypersonic Weapons (HSW) system mission planning, distribution and execution processes.
Using quantitative and qualitative techniques and methodologies sufficient to analyze complex plans, strike rehearsals, and exercise scenarios; articulate observations and findings; and implement solutions to enhance overall mission/combat readiness.
Applying current and future designs of Tomahawk Command and Control System Architecture related to navigation and geospatial data processes to solve complex problems.
Implementing knowledge of kinetic and non-kinetic threats to TLAM and HSW sufficient to apply and evaluate and address established, as well as theoretical, risk to current and projected operational areas of interest.
