As an Outlease Program Manager, you will provide advice and guidance regarding projects dealing with antenna and telecommunications issues. Location of position: Public Building Services, National Capital Region, Outlease Branch, Washington DCWe are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.
Duties
Provide authoritative advice and guidance regarding major projects involving complex and controversial, state-of- the-art issues surrounding antenna and telecommunications agreements.
Serve as a Program Manager for major projects dealing with complex and controversial real property issues requiring analyzing, appraising and evaluating options and necessitating extensive research to explore ways to achieve management goals and satisfy client needs.
Survey and inspect real property for assignment or disposal of outdated equipment and potential hazardous equipment housed in federal buildings.
Administer wireless carrier antenna installations, and modifications complying with safety protocols.

The GS-13 salary range starts at $112,015 per year. If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is experience with providing advice and guidance regarding projects dealing with antenna and telecommunication issues. This experience must include experience with an antenna program providing high level technical support. Examples include: evaluating antenna programs and/or the ability to identify problems and recommend viable solutions for antenna and telecommunication programs; analyzing antenna and telecommunication programs or operational changes to assess potential impact; coordinating meetings with managers and determining agenda criteria and required presentation information.
