This job opportunity is for an SUPV ITSPEC (INFOSEC/NETWORK), position description D2329000 , within the 140th Cyberspace Operations Squadron of the New Jersey National Guard. Its purpose is to serve as an Advanced Cyber Warfare Officer or Director of Operations, in charge of planning, scheduling, controlling, and directing all operational unit functions.

General Experience: Must have experience in the following: Data processing functions Understand the stages required to automate a work process Work as a computer operator, computer assistant, or program analysis Specialized Experience: To qualify for either Supervisory IT Specialist (INFOSEC) position, the applicant must have at least 24 months of managing or directing Cyberspace Operations mission commitments, programs, and projects that impacted personnel, equipment, software and services. Experienced in performing unit leadership duties in regard to planning, scheduling, controlling, and directing all unit functions. Competent in performing analytical and evaluative duties related to the business of Cyberspace Operations. Experiences included contact and coordination with the National Guard Bureau (NGB), Air Combat Command (ACC) 16th Air Forces, active duty operational units, Cyberspace Operations Squadrons (COS), parent Cyberspace Operations Group (COG), and/or associated joint units. Must have at least 24 months of supervisory experiences. Competent in performing the full-range of supervisory duties in regard to subordinates and managing personnel responsibilities. Skilled in advising, coaching, mentoring, and counseling employees to ensure under-standing of the Air National Guard personnel programs, policies, to include senior management procedures and directives.
