This position is located in the Office of Nuclear Security and Incident Response (NSIR), Division of Program Management, Policy Development, and Analysis Staff (PMDA). The supervisor is Craig Erlanger.This position is Non Bargaining Unit.

Duties
The position is located in the Division of Program Management, Policy Development and Analysis Staff, which has responsibility in the areas of strategic and long-range program planning, budget development, financial management, performance management, internal control reviews, human capital management, and other administrative services for the office, such as records management; Freedom of Information Act coordination; move coordination; and management of principal correspondence and administrative procedures. Provides independent review of office policy papers and issues to ensure completeness, promptness, accuracy, and adherence to agency and office policy.

Qualifications
In order to qualify for this position, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level (GG-14) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
1. Demonstrated leadership and managing strategic and long-range program planning, budget development and execution, performance management, human resource management, and other administrative services.
2. Demonstrated knowledge of federal policy/guidance related to budgeting, human resources, and procurement; and experience implementing project management.
3. Demonstrated skill in communicating information, ideas and advice in a clear, concise and logical manner, both orally and in writing.
4. Demonstrated ability to ability to direct, lead, and manage staff with expertise in corporate and administrative support functions.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE is defined as: Knowledge and experience applying Federal budget implementation and execution policies and procedures related to administrative control of funds; conducting budget formulation activities; experience or knowledge of performance reporting; knowledge or experience analyzing human capital resources or functions such as hiring plans and staffing plans; and mentoring, hiring, or developing staff.
