As an Asset Management Division Director, you will:
Ensure HUD's projects and initiatives meet established deadlines, assure that workload is prioritized and scheduled, data and automated reporting systems are maintained so that work can be tracked and analyzed, and provides accurate and timely reporting of operations and activities.
Be responsible for supervisory and staff compliance with all Federal employment rules, regulations, and standards including but not limited to mandatory training, non-discrimination, information security, privacy considerations, and personnel management requirements.
Serve as the primary focal point coordinating technical or programmatic issues related to the implementation of asset management programs in the Hub's jurisdiction.
Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
Specialized Experience: For the GS-15 grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes:
Planning work to be accomplished by a staff of employees (i.e. establishing goals, priorities, or schedules for work completion); AND
Leading or supervising a team on projects to ensure schedules or program goals are met; AND
Serving as a multifamily technical advisor to provide guidance to program officials, residents, property owners, management agents, lenders, citizens groups, and Federal, state, or local government officials to resolve problems.
Experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
