You will serve as a ASSISTANT in the Fleet Installation, Engineering Deptartment of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.
Duties
You will be responsible for screening all incoming correspondence, both soft and hard copy, maintaining the Branch Head's calendar.
You will be answering the telephone; serving as a timekeeper, preparing routine correspondence in accordance with naval correspondence procedures and directives; travel orders, vouchers, and clearances in accordance with current travel regulations.
You will be coordinating meetings and conferences; taking meeting minutes; tracking of action item and mandatory training as well as preparing personnel actions and purchase requisitions.
You will maintain the cyber security and cyber policy awareness.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band NG-01 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing a variety of administrative functions (e.g. preparing and reviewing correspondence, travel orders and timekeeping) and utilize a variety of software applications (e.g. Defense Travel System (DTS), Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) and Software Application & Products (SAP)).
