This position is in the Office of Human Resources (OHR) in the Legal & Policy Office located in Washington, DC.
The Office of Human Resources (OHR) provides leadership for the strategic management of the SEC's human capital by administering programs, establishing policies, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.

Typical Duties Include:
Developing and implementing anti-harassment policies and procedures;
Conducting training sessions to educate employees and supervisors about harassment prevention and reporting mechanisms;
Investigating and analyzing harassment and hostile work environment complaints and incidents;
Collaborating with OEEO and OGC to endure compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
Providing support and resources to employees who have experience harassment;
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the anti-harassment program;
Maintaining documentation and records related to harassment and hostile work environment reports and investigations.

Qualifications
All qualification requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement.
Time-in-grade for this announcement is one year at the GS/SK-13 level.
Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
SK-14: Applicant must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS/SK-13 level. Specialized experience includes the following: 1) investigating and analyzing harassment and hostile work environment complaints and incidents; 2) providing support and resources to employees who have experienced harassment in the workplace; 3) evaluating the effectiveness of an anti-harassment program; 4) drafting reports, correspondence, or making presentations to various individuals and audiences regarding anti-harassment; and 5) developing and implementing anti-harassment policies and procedures for an office or organization.
