This position is located with the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Navajo Region in Pinon, Arizona to provide practical assistance in the operation and maintenance of range improvement.
Duties
Responsible for selecting transportation routes, loading, securing, transporting, and unloading heavy equipment and materials.
Drives a 2-? ton truck with a GVWR of 26,000 lbs. or as a trailer combination to transport heavy equipment and materials.
Serves as property custodian at the work unit sub-level and ensures the security and accountability of equipment and materials.
Operates a backhoe, crawler tractor, trencher, or forklift to clean or lift heavy materials.
Serves as a receiving agent for supplies and materials.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Job Qualifications System for Trades and Labor Occupations (Xl l 8C, Qualification Standard Handbook) will be used in determining applicants' qualifications. There is no specific length of training or experience required; however, you must be able to demonstrate through the experience shown in your written resume and your responses to the Occupational Questionnaire that you possess the competencies to perform the duties of this position without more than normal supervision.
