About the Position: This position is with the Directorate of Resource Management LOGISTICS SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT at Tripler Army Medical Center, on the Island of Oahu, Hawaii.

Duties
Analyze and forecast demands for goods and services and change in the nature, type and cost of goods and services produced.
Review and consolidate annual and multi-year budget estimates to prepare narrative justification for projected funding needs.
Conduct studies in logistic functions involving requirements determination, procurement, distribution, or requisitioning.

Control funding of supply operations for financial accountability.
Identify causes and impact of delays or other problems.
Adjust supply operation plans as needed to meet unanticipated projects, changing requirements, and funding.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position may require to travel up to 5% of the time.
- This position requires a Tier 1 security clearance. The incumbent must obtain and maintain a Tier 1 security clearance.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below.
