Duties

As a, SUPERVISORY SUPPLY TECHNICIAN GS-2005-09, you will plan and organize the work performed in the sections to provide optimum service, efficiency, and productivity. Interpret, plan, establish, and prioritize work requirements for affected elements and personnel. Manage the Career Field Education and Training Plan (CFETP) for the Maintenance Support Section. Prepare replies for Internal Surveillance program and ensures self-inspection program is conducted for sections. Perform other duties as assigned.

• This is an excepted service position that requires membership in a compatible military assignment in the employing state's National Guard, required prior to the effective date of placement.

• Applicants who are not currently a member of the National Guard must be eligible for immediate membership and employment in the National Guard in the military grade listed in this announcement.

APPOINTMENT STATUS: EXCEPTED This is a Dual Status Excepted Service Technician position in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard. Experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 24 months experience, education, or training dealing with cost estimates, budgets or funding management. Experience conducting extensive searches for required information; reconstruct records for complex supply transactions; and/or provide supply operations support. QUALITY OF EXPERIENCE: Length of time is not of itself qualifying. Candidates' experience should be evaluated on the basis of duties performed rather than strictly on the rank of the individual; however, established compatibility criteria/assignments must be followed.
