The incumbent of this position is the Health Professions Trainee Biller and Database WOC Coordinator for the Office of the Associate Chief of Staff for Education at NWIHCS. The Health Professions Trainee Biller and Database WOC Coordinator is under the direction and supervision of the ACOS for Education and AO for Education.

Qualifications
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement, 09/06/2023.
GS-06 grade level: One year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-05 grade level in the federal service); experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA's) and other characteristics to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled, in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Specialized experience includes: Providing administrative support; collecting, compiling and tracking data and information; processing documents and reports; establishing, updating and maintaining office files and records; performing automation duties using such software applications such as word processing, spreadsheet, calendar, database and/or graphics; answering telephones, referring visitors, and providing information.

Physical Requirements: The work is predominantly sedentary. There may be walking, standing, bending, and moving or carrying of light items such as files and documents (0-20 pounds). No special physical demands are required to perform work.
