You will serve as a EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Emergency Management division of COMMANDER NAVY REGION MARIANAS. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 12.25% will be added to the stated salary. COLA is subject to change at any time.

Duties

You will provide program implementation assistance for all matters of all-hazards planning, operations, prevention, preparedness, response, and recovery. You will develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other written guidance. You will conduct system engineering design reviews for new systems and upgrade throughout the Region. You will develop, orchestrate, oversee and conduct various upgrades and improvements to ensure compatibility with higher command operations centers and installation. You will perform systems management tasks to include execution of governance boards, integrated process teams, configuration control management, and establishment of overarching policy. You will perform general planning tasks to include working groups, workshops, exercises, studies, gap analysis, mission analyses, documents generation, briefings, and in-progress reviews.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing Emergency Operations Center program oversight, emergency program management, and recovery from any all-hazards matters.
