This position is located in Office of The Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO), Human Resources Training and Development (HRTD), Nuclear Regulator Apprenticeship Network Branch (NRANB). The supervisor is Diane Jackson. This position is Non-Bargaining Unit. This position is not subject to Confidential Financial Disclosure or security ownership restriction reporting requirements.
Duties
The successful candidate will work under the general supervision of the Branch Chief of the Nuclear Regulator Apprenticeship Network (NRAN) Branch. Functions as the agency lead for fostering a sense of stewardship for NRC mission, values, and leadership model by managing a program to ensure effective onboarding. Measures and tracks employee and supervisor satisfaction with the program and recommends modifications. Organizes and schedules all speakers and courses for the new employee program. Organizes and invites new employees into groups for program execution. Tracks employee completion in the program and notifies supervisor of completion.

Qualifications
In order to qualify for this position, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Demonstrated experience or knowledge in program or project management through the development, planning, and/or implementation of new programs or large activities. Evidence of innovative or proactive programs within the NRC is a plus.
Demonstrated knowledge and implementation of NRC policies, rules, regulations, through or in support of business-practices (such as budget, administrative, and other corporate-related activities), or regulatory decision-making activities (such as, regulatory reviews or oversight) associated with nuclear safety culture and positive work community for a federal agency. Demonstrated ability to communicate well, both orally and in writing, and to establish effective working relationships with various audiences for sensitive issues.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCEis defined as experience that demonstrates development or implementation of innovative activities or knowledge of organizational change management.
