About the Position: Serves as the Stock Record Accountable Officer for a Project Management (PM) and/or Product Management Office (PdM) assigned to a Program Executive Office. Responsible for the formal stock record accountability for standard, non-standard commercial off the shelf and developmental property
Duties
Coordinates and leads PM personnel conducting national level property accountability and asset visibility operations within an accountable property system of record (APSR)
Plans and directs supply and inventory management operations.
Serves as liaison with various Supply, Maintenance, and Transportation Activities.

- This position has a heavy lifting requirement of up to 50lbs.
- This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectee must meet position requirements for Life cycle Logistics Certification within 36 months of entrance on duty.
- This position may require a 1 year probationary period

Specialized Experience is defined as having one year of experience at the GS-11 grade level or equivalent pay band level in the Federal Service performing the following duties;
1.Conducting property accountability and asset visibility operations within an accountable property system of record (APSR);
2.Developing input into the logistics operations and long-range sustainment plans; AND
3.Providing expertise to assure current regulations and local directives are followed in establishing stock levels, purchasing materials and/or parts from local/national vendors.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
