You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL TECHNICIAN in the NETPDC.
Duties
You will perform arithmetical computations to calculate financial data.
You will create Excel spreadsheets to track financial expenditures.
You will respond to customer inquiries regarding financial document processing procedures or rejection actions.
You will input or extract data using a financial management application (e.g., Defense Security Assistance Management System-Training Module [DSAMS-TM] or similar application).
You will monitor financial data used for reporting for accuracy and integrity.
You will brief managers to provide financial information.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This is a Financial Management Level I certified position per the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Section 1599d. You must achieve this level within prescribed timelines. Certification requirements are in DoD Instruction 1300.26.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, in addition to communicating effectively in writing and verbally to support a call center type of environment; 2) Processing military pay debt collections and ensuring accountability of funds, including check and electronic transactions per established guidelines and procedures; and 3) Utilizing basic supervisory/management principles to lead, motivate, and counsel others.
