About the Position:
This position is for an Infrastructure Integration Manager within the Information Technology organization located in Peachtree City, GA.
This is a Direct Hire Solicitation.
This position requires incumbent to possess Computing Environment (CE) certification at the IA Technical Level II when applying application. MUST submit a copy of certification with your application package or you will be rated ineligible.
Duties
Integrate the common criteria security framework found in the DISA Strategic Plan, the DoD Cloud Strategy, other DoD Cybersecurity Instructions and Manuals into DoDEA's Enterprise Infrastructure program.
Ensure new cloud on-perm services are customer centric, clearly defined and documented, and that incident, change and problem management guidelines are adhered to.
Interface with department managers to identify and develop measurable service objectives and assists in defining and capturing baseline performance benchmarks using both traditional and technology-driven platforms.
Leverage knowledge of IT project management, enterprise data management, systems/software engineering, resource naming conventions, rack elevation and cable management standards, to bridge the gap between technologists and enterprise system owners.
Provide technical expertise to the IT Division's Change Advisory Board and defend enterprise infrastructure and network boundary security strategies, policy changes, and training initiatives.
Interpret and advise on the implementation strategies of IT services outlined in the Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 4-010-06, Cybersecurity of Facility-Related Control Systems and UFC 4-021-02, Electronic Security Systems (ESS).
Evaluate strategies and procedures related to the interface access methods to physical and virtual servers, load balancers, privacy systems, sensors, Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and intrusion protection and prevention systems.
Requirements

- The incumbent is required to possess at least 7 years of experience in IA technology or a related area.
- The incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain all required IAT Level III certifications within six months of selection.
- The incumbent possess Computing Environment (CE) training certification at the IA Technical (IAT) Level II at the time of applying application and upload copy of certification or you will be rated ineligible.
- This position is covered by the Cyberspace Workforce Management Program IAW Department of Defense Directive 8140.01, August 11, 2015 and Department of Defense Directive 8570.01m, Change 2, April 20, 2010.
- The incumbent must be able to lift 25 pounds.
- The incumbent may be required to carry a Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) cellular device.

Specialized and Other Experience for GS-13: One year of specialized experience which includes assisting customer in defining and documenting potential new cloud-hosted and/or on-premise service capabilities that allows access to the world-wide web, encryption devices, data collection systems, and storage; providing input on Risk Management Framework process activities and documentation artifacts to identify, assess and implement secure data systems used to report potential threats and define strategy for eliminating risks; developing enterprise configuration management standards, and capturing Information Technology service values of the agency business processes and in creating customer cloud solutions. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
Basic Requirement for Information Technology Specialist (SYSANALYSIS/INFOSEC):The specialized experience must include, or be supplemented by, information technology related experience (paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training, as appropriate) which demonstrates each of the four competencies, as defined:
(1) Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. Examples of IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: completing thorough and accurate work independently, even in the most difficult or stressful situations; occasionally reviewing work completed by others.

(3) Oral Communication - Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately. Examples of IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: convincingly conveying complex information to customers; presenting thoughts that are well-organized and demonstrating confidence in the facts and ideas; adjusting style when working with individuals with different levels of understanding; using various methods to explain and convey information.
(4) Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
