Duties
Performs oversight of all MEP cooperative agreements and deploys annual funding for MEP Centers
Acts as primary interface between MEP and NIST Grants Office for all center funding agreements
Recommends Centers to the MEP Director for renewal based on annual reviews, panel reviews, secretarial evaluation, and other factors
Ensures all Centers develop and implement performance-based operating outcome plans
Monitors Centers cooperative agreement compliance and takes corrective actions on problematic Centers
Ensures sound customer relationships between NIST MEP and Center staff and partners
Develops SOPs and training
Identifies and disseminates Center and Network best practices
Provides oversight of MEP competition process for awarding funding to the MEP National Network
Provides division level financial and budget oversight
Establishes and executes operational plans
Creates and maintains a system and an environment that supports Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility principles and processes
Requirements

Qualifications
One year of specialized experience equivalent to at the least the GS-14 (ZA-IV at NIST). Specialized experience is defined as:
Experience as a supervisor leading a team to take actions related to advancing a program's fundamental goals and objectives.
Experience leading or providing oversight of cooperative agreement and/or grant administration.
Experience creating and developing policies and procedures within and outside of their organization.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done. We will credit all qualifying volunteer experience in your application.
