You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the Office of the Deputy Under Secretary of the Navy (DUSN) within the Intelligence and Security (I&S) Directorate of DUSN INSIDER THREAT.
Duties
You will routinely collaborate with the Service insider threat programs to support DON insider threat program development.
You will collaborate with the Training Officer in supporting personnel professional development by researching external training opportunities and certification.
You will collaborate with the Data Scientist in researching and evaluating emerging technical capabilities to improve DON insider threat processes and operations.
You will identify and track costs and required resources associated with maintaining and improving DON Insider Threat capabilities.
You will participate in planning and organizing of Insider Threat requirements, surveys, and studies in support of the DON.
You will develop, review, and update DON Insider Threat policies and oversee their implementation.
You will identify government and private sector insider threat security best-practices and lessons-learned.
You will present insider threat awareness information at conferences, workshops, and other venues.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience with Insider Threat program development with ability to develop and articulate program milestones and end state.
Experience with insider threat operations (i.e. hub operations).
Experience with communicating program activities to senior decision makers and stakeholders across the insider threat enterprise.
Experience with identifying and tracking required resources associated with maintaining and improving DON Insider Threat capabilities, including best-practices and lessons-learned and provide recommendations for enterprise-wide application.
Experience with representing the DON in insider threat forums and working groups to develop, coordinate, and issue insider threat policy, guidance and procedures.
Experience with conducting oversight of Service insider threat programs to assess strengths, vulnerabilities, and mitigation measures. Develops detailed oversight reports, briefings, correspondence, and other materials.
Experience with leading DON Insider Threat awareness and outreach efforts in collaboration with Service programs, promotes maximum participation in "Insider Threat Awareness Month" activities, and support ongoing DON Insider Threat Forums and other awareness events.
