This position is located in the Division of Depositor and Consumer Protection, Administrative Management and Operations Branch of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and provides support in the areas of providing management assistance and advice to senior management officials, supervisory and administrative management and employees.

Duties
- Provides advice, guidance and oversight on matters involving the full range of personnel management policy and procedure, management analyses issues, record keeping issues and related functions such as voucher audit, time and attendance, leave,payroll, facilities, records management, etc.
Qualifications
Qualifying experience may be obtained in the private or public sector. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic, religious/spiritual; community; student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. To qualify, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GG-12 grade level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience overseeing and/or coordinating personnel management and administrative program operations related to at least (4) of the following areas: position management, recruitment, staffing, travel, awards, personnel/payroll operations, and facilities.
