This position is located with the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Pacific Region, Central California Agency, Program Manager in Sacramento, California.
Duties
Direct, coordinate, and oversee the planning and execution of a wide variety of administrative activities in the following areas: budget and finance, contracting, property, space, and supply, human resources, purchase and procurement, federal records, federal travel and timekeeping/payroll.
Perform budgetary tasks and oversee financial management matters.
Oversee property management and procure needed equipment, materials, supplies and services.
Provides direction and implementing instructions for all Agency associated actions in conjunction with position management, recruitment, training, performance appraisals, grievance procedures, employee recognition program, employee orientations
Supervise administrative support staff.

Qualifications
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: (OPM Operating Manual, Qualification Standards for Administrative and Management Positions, GS-0341).
GS-12: I have at least 1 year of full-time specialized experience or the equivalent, comparable to at least the GS-11 in the Federal Service (obtained in either the public or private sector). Specialized experience that includes planning, directing, and coordinating the operations and self-determination (contracts) functions. Oversee the administrative support functions involving budget, finance, personnel, property management, procurement, records management, Freedom of Information and Privacy Acts activities, program evaluation, and safety/security/facility management.
