The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) Directorate for Mission Integration (MI) creates a consistent and holistic view of intelligence from collection to analysis and serves as the Director of National Intelligence's (DNI) principal advisor on all aspects of intelligence. MI integrates mission capabilities, informs enterprise resource and policy decisions, and ensures the delivery of timely, objective, accurate, and relevant intelligence.
Duties
Supervise day-to-day operations of the PDB Business Office across multiple domains to include Contracting, Budget and Finance, Logistics, Access Management, and Physical Security.
Develop near/mid/long term strategy documents that provide guidance to needs/requirements and resource planning and programming staff elements and activities.
Assist the PDB Deputy Director and Chief of Staff in oversight and management of organizational action process, standard operating procedures and processes, file maintenance and record-keeping.
Assist the PDB Deputy Director and Chief of Staff in leading, managing, and overseeing budget, contract administration policies and procedures, as well as information technology, facilities, equipment, and logistics to foster successful achievement of the organization's mission.
Assist the PDB Deputy Director and Chief of Staff in leading, managing, and overseeing programmatic initiatives and the daily operations of the organization and collaborate with office leadership to ensure strategic alignment with the mission, goals, and objectives of the ODNI.
Serve as a conduit for managing and coordinating administrative tasking responses, work activities, assignments, and projects internal to the organization, within the ODNI, and across the IC, ensuring the effective completion of initiatives and requirements.
Help to manage corporate communications ensuring workforce awareness of IC, ODNI, and organizational programs, initiatives, requirements, training, and other opportunities; facilitate two-way communications between workforce and leadership.
Liaise and maintain effective working relationships with other ODNI COTRs, Business Managers, ODNI components, and within the organization to address issues that span multiple mission or program areas.
Supervise and execute internal business management processes for the organization; ensure management and staff are kept abreast of emerging developments.
Participate in PDB corporate activities. Strive to improve processes and practices and engage in creative problem solving. Foster PDB educational efforts in the IC and recruitment by setting up in-depth substantive interactions with analysts, meeting with potential applicants, and attending PDB training and outreach events to share best practices and lessons learned.
Plan, prepare, justification, administration, analysis, forecasting, and monitoring of budget/financial information to ensure cost-effective support of Intelligence Community (IC) organizations and programs.
Lead and oversee the planning, development, and production of strategic guidance for the allocation of resources and investment planning and programming staff elements and activities.
Qualifications

Expert ability to conceptualize, organize, and draw inferences from incomplete data and present a compelling analysis of findings and issues; expert ability to identify, articulate, document, and mitigate knowledge gaps or alternatives approaches.
Superior organizational, managerial, and leadership skills and ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail; superior ability to work effectively with ODNI's leaders in a highly active, fast-paced, and demanding organization.
Superior ability to work effectively with teams, build and sustain professional relationships, exert influence effectively at all levels across the IC.
Assist PDB Control Officer on the administration and management of a portfolio that addresses all IC controlled access programs (CAPs) and some Special Access Programs (SAPs).
Assess, identify, and evaluate the potential impact of obstacles to information flow across the Intelligence Community (IC) and work with policy analysts and IC partners to develop and implement policy and process improvements.
Superior ability to identify emerging trends and strategic issues and incorporate these in developing strategic plans for the organization.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as determined by mission specialty area.
Desired Requirements:
Expert knowledge and experience with resource planning, budget forecasting, and execution.
Superior knowledge of mission area daily operational topics, capabilities, and strategic intent, as well as project management concepts and principles.
Superior ability to plan, organize, schedule, and prioritize the organizational staff workload.
COTR Level I Certification.
