Duties
Please Note: Employees will be required to report to their assigned office location at least 2 day per week for non-supervisory positions and 3 days per week for supervisory/managerial positions unless the position advertised is designated as a remote-only position.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Assisting the Vice President & Chief Diversity Officer in the development and implementation of the organization-wide D&I strategic plan that meets the goals of the agency. Managing and tracking the full range of DEIA activities for EXIM and coordinating diversity initiatives with the various internal and external stakeholders. Reviewing multiple offices strategic planning efforts to ensure alignment with the Agency's objectives as outlined in EXIM's DEIA Strategic Plan. Assisting with formulation and implementation of the office and agency outreach initiatives;
Conducting research, analytical reviews, and external benchmarking to assess diversity trends and issues, in order to develop a program which provides the most effective products and services to focus on marketing and recruiting outreach efforts for attracting, hiring, retaining, and developing a workforce that supports DEIA initiatives and actions. Developing key DEIA metrics and devises ongoing measures that support the evolution of D & I in the establishment of cultural anchors to further the implementation of organizational strategies and programs;
Maintaining program and administrative reference materials, project files and relevant background documents and make available policies, procedures and written instructions from the supervisor; maintaining current knowledge to answer questions from team members on procedures, policies, directives, etc.; preparing reports and maintaining records of work accomplishments and administrative information, as required, and coordinating the preparation, presentation and communication of work-related information to the supervisor;
Providing consultative and advisory services in the creation and implementation of Executive Orders (EO) 14035 Advancing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) and 13985 Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities through the Federal Government, 14091 Further Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities through the Federal Government, and other related EO's supporting DEIA and Equity. Identifying all inclusion barriers across EXIM through compliance, analysis, complaints of discrimination, program evaluation and surveys. Developing guidelines, criteria, and standards for the conduct of all facets of the agency's DEIA initiatives and program policies.
Representing DEIA initiatives within the Agency and coordinates with various groups, council and/ or committees across the Agency, attends meetings and conferences on programs, policies and activities related to DEIA and workplace diversity issues. Establishing and maintaining liaison with professional groups, representatives from other government agencies and private sector groups to increase awareness of DEIA and monitor progress. Collaborating closely with various groups, councils and committees, Office of the Chief Management Officer (OCMO), Office of Human Capital (OHC), Office of Equal Employment Opportunity (OEEO) and Office of General Counsel (OGC) to create initiatives to foster and establish a DEIA culture within EXIM.

Qualifications
Specialized Experience GS-13: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal or other equivalent pay system that has equipped you to perform the major duties of this position. This specialized experience includes:
Experience with DEIA related issues across an array of social identity domains (e.g., race, ethnicity, gender, gender expression, age, sexual orientation, disability status, and intersectionality) to develop, and implement DEIA-related programs or initiatives to bring about organizational change.
Experience in Federal Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations, Federal HR policies, principles, and processes to better enable formulation of program initiatives, plans and strategies to recognize and resolve DEIA workplace issues
Experience in receiving and analyzing information from others, and persuasively address concerns to ensure professional credibility, to gain the understanding and support of those individuals.
Education cannot be substituted for experience at the GS-13 grade level.
