As a Metering Operations Specialist in the WAPA Rocky Mountain Region, you will provide the region's metering program with operational administration, and technical oversight, and serve as technical subject matter expert and point of contact for metering changes, contract reviews, and technical oversight of metering installations in various regions and organizations. This is not a remote position. The selectee will be required to be physically present at the Loveland, Colorado duty location.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level [GS-12] in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as meeting all the following - your resume must clearly document the specialized experience to receive proper credit: Experience with how to install, testing, troubleshooting electrical metering equipment and conduct performance and accuracy tests. Experience developing and writing policies, procedures, and language for contracts. Experience interacting with customers, providing support, communication, and coordination to answer questions, problem solve or resolve disputes. Experience coordinating internal teams of multi-discipline to accomplish a work task.
