You will serve as a Comptroller Support Assistant (OA) in the Comptroller Department of MARINE CORPS AIR STATION YUMA.
Duties
You will perform a variety of administrative supports duties, such as composing complex but non- technical correspondence.
You will receives incoming correspondence, screen material prior to distribution for suspense dates, establishing controls and following up with the supervisor.
You will assist in planning, arranging, preparing, and maintaining information needed for budget reports;
You will utilize automated data processing systems in order to complete work assignments.
You will purchase, order, and maintain sufficient quantities of basic office supplies.
You will Distribute and control mail, refer phone calls and visitors, and providie general and non-technical information.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing most or all of the following duties:1) Assisting in planning, arranging, preparing, and maintaining information needed for budget reports; 2) Utilizing automated data processing systems in order to complete work assignments; 3) Performing report analyses to spot errors, determining corrective actions, and make recommendations to appropriate officials; 4) Purchasing, ordering, and maintaining sufficient quantities of basic office supplies; and 5) Distributing and controlling mail, referring phone calls and visitors, and providing general and non-technical information.
