Commercial sponsorship brings in crucial funding that helps the organization support a variety of program activities. This position offers a 3% commission on sponsorship revenue and 1% after doubling annual salary.
This position is located on Fort Johnson in Leesville, Louisiana.
Duties
Serves as the central point of contact for the Commercial Sponsorship Program.
Conducts research to identify sponsors. Ensures that contractual obligations are coordinated and implemented.
Develops sponsorship proposals, evaluates criteria and solicits commercial business for sponsorship of MWR events.
Coordinates closely with program managers to determine sponsorship needs and with the Staff Judge Advocate for legal counsel on agreements.
Develops annual commercial sponsorship plan, identifying goals, priorities, strategies, resource requirements and measurable evaluation criteria. Maintains accountability for funds and services received.
Requirements

Qualifications
All qualifying work experience must be clearly reflected within your submitted resume. Failure to do so, will result in an ineligible rating.
The minimum qualifications for this position:
Work experience or education directly related to the duties to he performed.
Knowledge of commercial sponsorship practices.
Knowledge of advertising theory.
Ability to establish a professional rapport with activity managers and sponsor representatives of varying management levels.
Education
This position does not encompass a positive education requirement.
