Duties

Responsible for overall management of the Directorate of MWR Business Operations Division inclusive of: Clubs, Food, Beverage, Entertainment, Bowling, Golf, Rod and Gun Clubs, contracted business operations, Hunting and Fishing, and Sport Shooting. May coordinate with officials responsible for AAFES at the garrison level to ensure compliance with primacy topics, minimize unproductive competition, and ensure responsible agency has first right. Provides sound leadership and supervision to ensure attainment of the established objectives of the division. Directs, develops, and administers plans and procedures; implements, enforces, and ensures compliance with regulations to provide aggressive community business operations which meet the needs and interests of the military community. Reviews program priorities and develops five-year plan with Capitol Purchase Minor Construction and annual Operating Budget covering projected programs of division resources. Develops and/or recommends methods, operations, and programs to ensure profitable business activities. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
