About the Position: This is a Realty Officer, GS-14 position with USACE, Real Estate Division located in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Duties

Responsible for the execution of all real estate program activities for the Little Rock District. Advises and guides the decisions of the District Commander on all real estate matters and consults with in and other technical and staff officials on policies, problems and decisions involving use of real property. Responsible for administering full spectrum of real estate products and services for civil works and military programs within the Little Rock District boundaries. Participates and is actively involved in budgeting and programming for real estate mission requirements and project scope, time, cost, and quality issues to meet customer/partner expectations.

• One year supervisory probationary period is required.
