You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANGEMENT& PROGRAM ANALYST of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Duties
You will perform duties as OPNAV N9DW Branch Head for Special Programs responsible for management of all Special Access Programs (SAP) and multi-level security (MLS) program requirements.
Analyze, formulate, and manage staffing and other operations requirements necessary to perform the organizational mission and meet strategic goals.
You will interview candidates and recommend hiring and promotions actions.
You will actively resolve conflict within the team to the maximum extent possible and raises issues to higher levels as necessary.
You will identify and arrange for employee developmental and training requirements.
You will perform strategic and detailed analysis as necessary to support the development, implementation, and oversight of all DON SAP in accordance with established goals and objectives.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver?s license.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent at or equivalent to (GS-14) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

1) Critical skills of superior written and oral communications;
2) Ability to brief, advise and provide recommendations to Flag Officer and Senior Executives;
3) Knowledge and experience reviewing and implementing higher level strategic guidance to include Executive, DoD, Joint Staff, DON, other Service and other Agency guidance as applicable;
4) Knowledge of DOD, DON, other Service, and other Agency organizational structures;
5) Ability to analyze the credibility and capabilities of new technology, including the evaluation of new opportunities for joint and combined program execution;
6) Knowledge and experience in the management of Special Access Programs (SAP) material per all applicable policies, instructions, and regulations.
