Duties
Monitors and controls the accounting process of obligation documents, such as travel orders, vouchers, contracts, purchase orders.
Coordinates travel orders and airline tickets for OCP personnel and obtains transportation tickets through the Defense Travel System (DTS)
Processing personnel hiring actions.
Identifies training needs for OCP-F personnel and prepares training recommendations for the Command Psychologist.
Monitors travel expenditures to ensure compliance with USAREC regulations and Office of the Command Psychologist (OCP) policy.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
- Temporary Duty Travel (TDY) required 5% of the time
- May be required to serve on a two year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 315.

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service which includes work that involves assisting management in administrative office operations; processing personnel hiring actions, travel orders, vouchers, contracts, purchase orders; analyzing administrative principles concepts, policies and procedures.
OR
Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D. degree from an accredited college or university, in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position.
OR
Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages.
