As a Program Support Specialist, you are a resource for management and will analyze and communicate fleet data to meet regulations and mission needs for the scope of the organization.
Location-Federal Acquisition Service (FAS)-GSA Office of Fleet Mgmt, Zonal Operations, Zonal Vital Records Center (ZVRC).
The selectee will report onsite to the duty location in: Kansas City, Missouri.
Duties
As a Program Support Specialist, you will serve as a liaison to management. The incumbent has direct involvement in confidential administrative management issues, decision-making, meetings, discussions, telephone calls, projects, carrying out all policy work related to the scope of the organization.
Requirements

The salary shown in this announcement does include locality pay. To qualify at the GS-07, you must possess one of the following:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-5 level or higher in the Federal service.
Specialized experience is experience assisting with routine assignments pertaining to an individual/established customer. This experience must have included: Use of automated systems to gather, format and analyze various program, management and/or organizational information; assisting with identifying individual/assigned customers requirements; answering fleet customer/clients limited range of routine inquiries; inputting and/or maintaining data in an automated system.
OR
Completed at least one full year of graduate level education (18 semester hours or the equivalent).
OR
Superior Academic Achievement (S.A.A.) is based on (1) class standing, (2) grade-point average, or (3) honor society membership at the baccalaureate level is fully qualifying at the GS-7 level. To claim SAA, submit documentation of one of the following:
Class standing -- You must be in the upper third of your graduating class in the college, university, or major subdivision, such as the College of Liberal Arts or the School of Business Administration, based on completed courses. 2. Grade-point average You must have a grade-point average of (rounded to one decimal place) of:
3.0 or higher out of a possible 4.0 ("B" or better) as recorded on your official transcript, or as computed based on 4 years of education, or as computed based on courses completed during the final 2 years of your curriculum; or
3.5 or higher out of a possible 4.0 ("B+" or better) based on the average of the required courses completed in your major field or the required courses in your major field completed during your final 2 years of the curriculum.
Election to membership in a national scholastic honor society in one of the national scholastic honor societies listed by the Association of College Honor Societies.

A combination of graduate level education and appropriate specialized experience that together meet the qualification requirements of this position.
To qualify at the GS-09, you must possess one of the following:
If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 level or higher in the Federal service.
Specialized experience must have included:
Provides administrative operating processes for the organization.
Provides customer service to a wide array of internal and external customers.
Utilizes computer systems, programs and databases for automated data input and monitoring.
Utilizes spreadsheet, document, and presentation software to develop reports and presentations.
Creates and maintains tracking systems for all incoming/outgoing correspondence.
Maintains, scans, and organizes digital and paper filing systems.
OR
Master's degree or equivalent level degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
OR
LL.B or J.D., if related Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
OR
A combination of graduate level education and appropriate experience that together meet the qualification requirements of this position.
