Duties

Conduct fact-finding analysis of issues to identify and clarify problems or relevant issues. Provide expert retention analysis and advice. Analysis and advice is consistent with federal laws and regulations, policies, and procedures. Act as lead retention expert and point of contact for the Judge Advocate General?s Corps (JAGC) human capital enterprise.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes analyze Office of the Judge Advocate General (OTJAG) programs, policies and processes; develop and recommend strategies for retention and human capital programs; and serve as a consultant to JAGC leaders on integrating human capital strategies. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
