Duties
This position is located under the Atlanta Field Division in Atlanta, Georgia.
Responsible for evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of division programs, developing and evaluating procedures or policies that will increase the effectiveness of division programs, tracking and analyzing funds allocations, preparing budget reports for State and local overtime expenditures,
and coordinating and overseeing all division data processing and office automation hardware and
software.
Qualifications
To qualify for 14, candidates must also have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS13.
Specialized experience is demonstrated experience, which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of this position. Experience must be in the normal line of progression or must be related to the work of the position advertised and must be reflected in resume. Examples of specialized experience include:
Evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of division programs, developing and evaluating procedures or policies. AND
Tracking and analyzing funds allocations, preparing budget reports for State and local overtime expenditures. AND
Initiating, planning, and directing studies, surveys, operational reviews, and other projects. AND
Preparing and submitting reports and other factual information for the effectiveness of existing policies, programs, and procedures
